Credit card Payment

Customers can pay their goods directly online by credit card - Visa, Eurocard or MasterCard.

They are then required to enter their cards' 16-digit number and expiry date. It is imperative that the customer's bank card expiration date is at least 2 months after the date on which the order is validated on the site.

The card number and expiration date are encrypted and transmitted in secure format (SSL).

Financial costs (bank charges in connection with the exchange rate, banking commissions, …) that may be tied to payments by credit/debit card will remain the customers' responsibility.

Once validated by the customer on our Website, the order will be placed, subject to the acceptance of the bank card network. In the event of a refusal from the central bank card network, we will cancel the order.

In the event that your credit card company or bank charges the deductible from you because of unauthorized transactions resulting from a reservation made on our website, we will pay you this deductible, up to an aggregate amount of EUR 50.

In order to indemnify you, you first have to report this fraud verifiably to your credit card provider. This indemnification only applies to credit card reservations made using the secure server and the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through our default or negligence and through no fault of your own.
