MoSysReal is a network of companies and experts, which organize themselves dynami- cally according to the market requirements, in order to develop modular systems by optimal arrangement of their capabilities. |
The partners of the dynamic organization define themselves as modules of the alliance, whereby modular system realization (MoSysReal) takes a further meaning. The broker (central mana- gement unit for the coordination and moderation of the virtual enterprise), the business enterprise Wolfgang Krause, is the most important interface between the modules. Because of the exposure of knowledge within the network and the time pressu- re while configuring the alliance at short notice, fairness as well as an open culture of the partners are the basis for success, so that complex collateralizations are often not necessary. |
